Overview
This tool builds a rough ballpark quote from ACES USA's contract pricing — it's a starting point for a conversation with the customer, not a final invoice.
1. Calculator Tab
- Style Lines — add one row per garment style. Enter the quantity and the blank cost per piece for each. Add more rows with "+ Add another style" if an order mixes styles; the total quantity across all lines sets the shared price bracket.
- Front / Back — enter screen print colors OR embroidery stitch count for each location (not both). Leave at 0 if a side isn't decorated.
- Print Options — check "Dark-colored garment" to add an underbase white screen automatically. Add discharge/waterbase or special effects ink upcharges if used.
- Custom Numbers — turn on for printed numbers (e.g. jersey numbers), pick 1 or 2 colors, and add the sleeve/leg platen fee if that setup is needed.
- Embroidery Extras — set digitizing count/rate if new artwork needs to be digitized, and flag jacket/bag/blanket or foam/3D embroidery upcharges.
- Other — any one-off charge not on the standard chart (rush fee, oversized print, special material), entered as a total for the whole order.
- The Cost Breakdown card updates live and shows exactly how the per-piece cost was built.
- Price Options shows suggested prices at 20/30/40/50% markup. Use Custom Price Point to dial in a specific price/pc or markup %.
- Tap Add This Job to Report to save the job and start a new one — this is how you build a multi-job order.
2. Search Tab
- The S&S and SanMar subtabs each search a different supplier — switch between them at the top of the tab.
- S&S — search by style number, brand, or keyword. Tap a result to see colors and sizes, with regular and sale pricing where available.
- SanMar — search by brand, keyword, or style number (e.g. "Gildan hoodie" or "PC61"). Tap a result to load its colors and sizes, with your account-specific pricing and live stock counts. The search list refreshes weekly, so brand-new styles may take a few days to show up.
- On either subtab, tap + Add to Calculator on a size/color to send that blank cost straight into a Style Line on the Calculator tab.
- Both suppliers go through the same Cloudflare Worker proxy behind the scenes — nothing to configure here.
3. Report Tab
- Every job you add from the Calculator collects here, with an order-wide total of pieces, cost, revenue, and profit.
- Each job can be expanded to adjust price/pc or markup % per style line — totals update live.
- Use the ✏️ icon to reopen a job on the Calculator for editing, or 🗑️ to remove it.
- Clear Report wipes the whole order — use it once a quote has been sent or a new order is starting.
Tips
- Warnings (orange box) appear when a quantity or color/stitch count falls outside ACES's standard chart — call ACES to confirm pricing in that case.
- Install this app to your phone's home screen from your browser's "Add to Home Screen" / "Install App" option for quick offline access.
